Another Quick Update

I am working a lot so here is another quick update on what is going on in our neck of the woods.
We are going to be taking a trip to Dirty Jersey for Turkey Day. This is probably the latest I will go there in the year. I can not take the cold anymore, which is funny figuring I never wore a coat when I lived up there.
It is going to be a great trip. We are going to be bringing Rebecca with us to meet the rest of the family. She will be about 2 months old. It will also be the first Turkey Day at Granny's new house.
It will be nice to see all our friends. We are going to be doing a lot of running around. Every time we do this I end up leaving saying "I need to take more time off next time". It is so hard to squeeze everyone in 5 days.
Dawn is getting bigger. She has a little over 2 months left. She is thinking that she is going to have the baby a week earlier then expected. Christy may be coming back down for the delivery and stay for a little while to help Dawn with the baby. I hope she does, it will be nice to have Ahni at the house again. She is the reason why I wanted a girl.
Kyle loves the fact that he is going to have a little sister. We are going to bring him to some "Big Brother" classes. He also will be starting school in a few weeks. He is very excited about going and about riding the BUS to school. I am not ok with it but I can not drive him every day and he is going to have to start taking some steps on his own. I am going to have some faith. It is a rough one; he has never done anything where Dawn or I was not at his side, with the exception of Pre-School which was about 4 hours a day 3 days a week.
This is very exciting times for him.
I spoke to Brian, my brother, last night. He is still waiting to get into firefighter school. We talked about taking a trip up to Jersey sometime. I hope we do, I think it would be a great thing to do. We made a commitment to keep in touch with each other. I think it is a great thing going on. It seems weird that I never knew where he was and looked for him for a while and now he is only a phone call or a 2.5 hour trip away.
